Canada is a unique and special country - one of the greatest countries in the world, both to live in and come from. Canada has boundless natural resources (including its people), and beautiful, open, pristine spaces and landscapes.This is a peaceful country with many diverse cultures. But of course all is not perfect - there is room for improvement. Canada is a law-abiding country with freedoms and rights, and laws to protect them. But we cannot take them for granted.
We must be vigilant and protect those freedoms and rights. Many Canadians are working to do just that - but not just for Canadians; for everyone around the world.
